Government agencies related to water environment : Cambodia |
The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Energy has the following mandate and duties:
- developing policies for proper management of industry, mine and energy sectors;
- managing and enhancement of technologies and standards;
- developing and carrying out the national policy on research study on mineral resources and other natural resources (in terms of both in land and water), and hydropower;
- encouraging and developing privatisation procedures within a clean water supply and sanitation sector.
