Meeting Report
A Dialogue in Philippines

The Japanese Ministry of the Environment and the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) held a dialogue with government officers on water quality management in collaboration with the WEPA partner in the Philippines, Environmental Management Bureau and other related agencies on 23 October 2007 in Manila, Philippines. The meeting aimed to exchange views on current water environment management issues in the Philippines between participants in the dialogue. The meeting also aimed to contribute to the enhancement of the WEPA database by putting the exchanged information on the database.
