The 3^rd WEPA Annual Meeting was held on 4 December 2007 in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, Japan. 32 persons were participated in the meeting, including 15 representatives from WEPA partner countries. The participants came to a common understanding on the progress of WEPA activities in FY 2007 (April 2007-March 2008). They also discussed a future plans of WEPA activities, in particular activities for FY 2008 (April 2008- March 2009) , and also shared the common goals to be achieved by the end of FY2008.
